Nair Coal
Services Ltd. is one of the
leading Liaison & Coal Handling Agents moving indigenous
raw coal and washed coal in bulk to various customers in
the Core Sector, such as Power, Cement, Steel, etc., and
non-Core Sector Industries who have established linkage
with the various Subsidiary companies of Coal India
Limited, and Singareni Collieries Companies Limited. We
are moving about 30 to 35 million tonnes of coal
annually.
Presently, we are
Liaison & Supervision Agents for
(1) Maharashtra
State Power Generation Corporation Ltd. (MAHAGENCO) for
their Super Thermal Power Station at Chandrapur and TPS
at Nashik.
(2) Karnataka Power
Corporation Limited (KPCL – Govt. of Karnataka
Undertaking) for their Raichur Thermal Power Station.
(3) Madhya Pradesh
Power Generating Corporation Ltd. (MPPGCL) for their
Sanjay Gandhi Thermal Power Station at Birsingpur and
Satpura Thermal Power Station at Sarni.
(4) Gujarat State
Electricity Co. Ltd., (GSECL) for their Gandhinagar
Thermal Power Station.
(5) National
Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) for their Ramagundam
TPS, and Andhra Pradesh State Electricity Board’s
Vijayawada TPS.
Besides Liaisoning &
Supervision work of coal rakes of KPCL, Raichur Thermal
Power Station, we also have their Contract for
arrangement of payment of Railway Freight Demand Drafts
for the coal rakes, on their behalf.
Besides the above Thermal
Power Stations of Maharashtra, Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh
Gujarat, and Andhra Pradesh, as stated above, we are
also working as Agents for participation in Joint
Sampling & Analysis, Handling and Loading supervision
jobs of Medium Coking Coal as well as Boiler Coal
Supplies to Visakhapatnam Steel Plant of Rashtriya Ispat
Nigam Limited (A Govt. of India undertaking) for the
past 10 years, to their utmost satisfaction.
We are also supplying raw
coal from Singareni Collieries Company Ltd. to Chettinad
Cement and High Grade Coal from WCL to M/s Mysore
Paper Mills (A Karnataka State Government Undertaking),
Bhadravati.
We undertake loading
supervision and movement of e-auction coal to various
customers from the Coal Companies. Presently, we are
moving e-auction coal from Singareni Collieries Company
to the Mahagenco’s Chandrapur Super Thermal Power
Station and various other customers.
We are performing jobs for
movement of raw coal (B/C Grades ) to the Mysore Paper
Mills Ltd., from Western Coalfields Limited and also
remitting Railway Freight Demand Drafts, duly received
from them, towards their coal rakes movement.
We also have a Liaison &
Loading Supervision contract awarded by Mahagenco for
movement of High Grade Coal (having UHV more than 5000
Kcal/Kg) from Korea-Rewa of SECL to their Nasik TPS.
We
shoulder all responsibilities involved in the activities
of moving coal from the concerned Collieries including
pit head, rail head and port to different destinations

allotment and placement of coal wagons EDRM
sanction, Submission of Programmes against the
monthly linkage by rail, swift movement of coal

Madhya Pradesh Power generating Co., Ltd (MPPGCL) &
Gujarat State Electricity Company Ltd., &

The Energy Ministries of concerned State Governments
and the Ministry of Coal, Government of India.
We render effective supervision at the loading and unloading points. Point to point monitoring of rake movement is undertaken. Our experienced Loading Supervisory Personnel at various collieries/loading points ensure proper loading of wagons, witnessing of weighment etc., so that our clients receive quality coal in adequate quantity.
We collect all Railway Receipts and forward the same along with wagon statement details to our customers promptly, furnish them actual
dispatch details like wagon numbers, Engine number etc. and status of moment upto destination.
We undertake pre-paid RR system (Under Credit Note/freight DD method) so that our customers can save surcharge levied by the Railways.

advance all the logistics involved as regards rail
movement, loading and unloading etc. |
