The teaching practices prevalent in the conventional schooling systems and the rigid structure of examination leaves very little scope for the teachers to study each child individually and help the child to develop a strong grounding in academic and cultural field. The proposed school would mobilize all resources necessary to achieve this goal though innovative strategies as mentioned below : -

  1. CBSE Board : The high academic standard of the board would prepare the children to compete on national and international levels. This facility is not available in any of the schools in the area near the proposed school.
  2. Large teacher to student ratio : It helps the teacher to pay attention to individual child . A maximum strength of 40 students per section is ideal for maintaining the quality of education as well as making the project financially buoyant.
  3. School Design : The design of school building complex and surroundings is intended to reflect simplicity , elegance, freshness, grandeur and beauty of the traditional concepts of the country, adequately taking care of the emotional and recreative needs of the children, all of which will go a long way in creating an atmosphere suitable for quality education.
     
  4. Good airy and ventilated classrooms.
  5. 1 : 40 ratio between the teacher and the students.
  6. Good Playground Facilities.
  7. Good Library with latest Information Technology books. Charts,
    maps, audio visual aids, spacious laboratories.
  8. Sand pit and water park.
  9. Tiny Tots play area.
  10. Music Tabla , Harmonium, Synthesizer, Dol, Dholak.
  11. Dance - Classical Dances.
This will help to achieve following :
  • No compromise on expected level of learning.
  • More responsibility on teachers and parents.
  • Maintaining highest standard of strong subjects.
  • Identify weak subjects, locate the reason and awaken interest, improve understanding.
  • Point out non - academic talents , interests.
  • Give opportunity for self - expression.
  • Attending to personal problems and character building.
  • Competition not restricted to class only.
