By virtue of long experience in Coal Business for the last more than two decades, NCSL has acquired enough competence to undertake the jobs, which are associated with the development of Coal Blocks allocated to the Govt. / Private Companies for captive mining, thus diversifying their sphere of activities.

NCSL have established excellent liaison & rapport with various Ministries under Government of India, Coal India Limited and its Subsidiary Companies, Indian Railways and concerned departments of various State Governments and close association with some of the renowned Recognized Qualified Persons who are on the panel of the Ministry of Coal and are authorized for preparation of Mine Plans, etc.

In view of the back-up potential, NCSL have a keen desire to diversifying their activities towards development of coal blocks. NCSL are also ready to undertake the activities at any stage of development of Coal Blocks, and are on the look out for a Joint Venture with any of the Pioneer Companies who would be interested in taking up the Coal Mining Activity of the Coal Blocks on behalf of the parties who have been allotted for captive mining, as end users. Our participation in the joint venture would be limited to providing technology expertise and liaison with various Governmental agencies for obtaining approvals/sanctions/permissions etc. while the rest of the requirements would be taken care of by the financier / party who takes up the job of Developing Coal Blocks.
